Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced Forensic Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This PACT team is designed to work with a specialized population with a history of criminal engagement. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique needs and history/background of the population, clinical interventions and have the ability to develop and maintain clear and therapeutic boundaries. A proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is a must. |
