About the Role:

Come Ride With us as our Requirements Planner at our Almelo assembly factory. Reporting into the Supply Planning manager, the Requirements Planner turns approved demand forecasts into a clear, reliable supply plan for the factory and selected external suppliers. In this role, you manage a rolling MPS/MRP plan that supports on‑time delivery, keeps demand and supply in balance, and helps maintain healthy inventory levels for finished goods and service parts. You work closely with procurement, suppliers, the factory, engineering, quality, logistics, product development, and sales to keep execution steady and performance strong.

Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based at the Cannondale Almelo location.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Build and maintain rolling production schedules that align with demand, delivery needs, inventory targets, and factory capacity
  • Translate schedules into material requirements, manage MRP exceptions, and ensure timely PO releases
  • Adjust plans when demand shifts or when delays, engineering changes, quality issues, or material constraints come up
  • Monitor inventory levels for finished goods and service parts, flag risks early, and help drive mitigation plans
  • Work closely with procurement, suppliers, and third‑party assemblers to keep materials available and information accurate
  • Support new product launches by integrating NPI needs into the production and material plan and tracking ramp‑up readiness
  • Oversee planning for marketing samples and pilot builds
  • Prepare clear reporting on inventory, production status, and planning KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across planning, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Keep internal teams aligned with timely updates on supply, materials, and delivery expectations
  • Meet regularly with key suppliers to review forecasts, constraints, and action plans
