The Position

The Mission:

  • Achieve the sales budget of the assigned territories as per sales plan

  • Promotion of Near Patient Care Product Portfolio ( Diabetes Care and Point of Care products) to Diabetes Mellitus Centres in Hospital Authority hospitals, Patient Resources Centres, NGOs, private hospitals, primary care and specialist clinics, Community Health Districts Centres, and Health Management groups in Hong Kong and Macau

  • Implement sales promotion strategies as per plan
     

Job Details:

Achieve the sales budget of the assigned territories as per the sales plan

  • Implement promotion plan for Near Patient Care Product Portfolio (Diabetes Care and POC products) and achieve sales target as per sales plan

  • Provide product demonstration to healthcare professionals and end-users

  • Create demand by providing accurate and up-to-date product information and medical values support to physicians, pharmacists, and other customers

  • Update relevant account-related activities to Company Customer Relation Management systems or equivalent systems
     

Build good relationships with customers

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other customers

  • Explore collaboration or partnership with NGOs to expand patient access
     

Collect and report market information and intelligence

  • Actively collect market information

  • Timely update of sales activities in Salesforce

  • Keep up-to-date product information vs competition

  • Prepare sales argumentation against competitive products

  • Collect market intelligent information for market and sales analysis
     

Qualification & Expereince :

  • University graduate or above

  • 5 year of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry

  • Good communication skills

  • Accountable, self-motivated and a good team player

  • Possess basic knowledge of science

  • MS word, Excel, Access literacy
