Junior Specialist Finance in Finance Systems team

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and determine required actions for card transactions;
• Collect necessary information and prepare documentation;
• ⁠Maintain received requests and follow up on status for requested actions;
• ⁠Work with internal business partners and external IT vendors;
• Work with bank card statements and investigate discrepancies for card transactions;
• Participate in projects related to process changes and improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Preferable higher education in Finance or IT;
• Preferable experience in accounting, or in the interaction of Finance and IT;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• General understanding of ERP systems
• Fluency in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe;
• Very good communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong drive, a solution-oriented mindset and fast learning skills;
• Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality;
• Self-motivated, positive and customer-oriented, good team player.
