THE ROLE

The Stock Assistant position is based full-time in the Browns flagship boutique located on Brook Street, Mayfair.Our stockroom team works collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for both our store and customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world.Working within the Customer Experience team, you will play an integral part in driving operational efficiency to support the team in delivering a luxury customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of customer requests and orders, via the boutique retail team in-person and online. Other responsibilities include helping manage and control the stock integrity in the stockroom by housekeeping and providing support to the Stockroom Manager on a daily basis.
