As a Shipping Associate, you are playing a vital role in supporting our Non‑Destructive Testing operations by ensuring that materials, components, and finished products flow efficiently through the supply chain. You are contributing to world‑class operational performance by maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and on time delivery.
Job Description
As a Shipping Associate, you are:
Performing quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials
Completing documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
Receiving finished products and assemblies from production and preparing them for delivery
Picking, packing, and labeling materials, components, and equipment for shipment
Preparing kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts
Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
Ensuring proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials
Coordinating with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
You have demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related work
You have the ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents
You have proficiency in software systems such as Outlook, SAP, and Microsoft Office
You have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs
You have strong teamwork and communication skills
You have the ability to perform well in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment with cross‑training requirements
Work in a Way That Works for You
This role offers the following schedule:
1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed
