Job Description

We are part of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer Tools org, where we accelerate developer productivity and increase AWS adoption by providing well-integrated tools that remove friction and streamline the development experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Our vision is to make AWS the Cloud of choice for customers because it integrates well with their existing SDLC solutions and they are the most productive when building and running applications on AWS. Our portfolio creates a smooth and integrated SDLC experience for developers of all skills — whether they are a mature enterprise that’s all-in on AWS or just getting started on their Cloud journey. Our products effortlessly bridge the AWS ecosystem with customers’ workflows to eliminate the friction of working with and in AWS.

AWS Developer Tools is a part of AWS Utility Computing (UC) which provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We are looking for a software development manager who is passionate about building services and tools for developers. You will be part of a team building and maintaining AWS services that enhance the developer experience in the Cloud. If you are excited about the thought of working in cloud computing at AWS, then we’d love to talk to you.
