Forge & Build is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at our facility in Aurora, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, working hours will vary. We will also consider hiring a Part-Time employee. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising and overall store cleanliness
• Maintain a friendly helpful attitude 
• Assist customers in solving their problems
• Maintain a positive, professional and safe environment at all times
• Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, including signage and bintags
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer service
