Join our vibrant, multicultural team and collaborate with a high-profile client on exciting, fast-paced projects. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to help us deliver innovative marketing solutions and provide strategic leadership across campaigns.

In this role, you'll take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns across a wide variety of touchpoints including digital, social, and print, while guiding both clients and internal teams towards success.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with our client, the global team in the US, various EMEA markets, as well as our internal account and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong strategic approach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Managers and junior colleagues, helping them grow and deliver at their best.
  • Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future work.
  • Actively identify new opportunities to add value to the client’s business and support account growth.

What Skills and Experience do I need for this role?

  • Proven experience in a global/regional or multi-national account at an agency.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently at senior level.
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
