Join Micron as an OMT IE Capacity Readiness Manager in Taiwan and help drive our bold mission to reshape global information use! This outstanding chance lets you lead and guarantee smooth Capacity readiness of Fab expansion and tool relocation projects. This meaningful role directly affects Micron’s dedicated production output.
Responsibilities:
- Offer centralized direction and ownership for capacity readiness of Fab expansion, relocation and other tool schedule projects.
- Develop and strictly manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project needs and prioritisation.
- Successfully implement world-class solutions to minimize execution risk and maintain operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and tool installation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive team environment.
