Role
We are looking for a Marketing AI Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Singapore, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APJ Integrated Campaign within the Field Marketing APJ department.
You will champion our AI social content platform to produce brand-aligned assets at scale while simultaneously coordinating workflows to ensure ongoing campaigns are optimized. This role is a hybrid "operator" position sitting at the intersection of visual design, AI technology, and marketing operations, purpose-built for those who want to leverage AI tools to drive measurable marketing impact.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Review, refine, and create AI-generated and designer assets to ensure strict adherence to visual identity and brand compliance across all social platforms
- Manage the full social media workflow—from concept and design through to compliance checks, publishing via Sprout, and analytics tracking
- Act as the primary liaison between Digital, Field, and Integrated Marketing teams to manage social media calendars and ensure assets are delivered on time for various campaigns
- Train the AI social content platform on brand standards through continuous usage and feedback loops while monitoring analytics to identify performance-driving design elements
- Audit available marketing assets to identify high-potential content that can be repurposed in ongoing campaigns to drive performance

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications, or an equivalent mix of design portfolio and project management experience
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of brand systems and social media specifications
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics alongside creative assets to identify and implement visual optimizations
