Manager - Sales Force Capabilities, Türkiye 

Level: P1-P3
 

Job Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Customer-facing Capability Development:

  • Work closely with the BU Directors to develop and implement the sales force capabilities plan and on Sales Execution Governance across Lilly Turkey.
  • Lead the transformation of the sales team’s capabilities by implementing Lilly’s AI driven innovation initiatives (i.e. Avatar, NBE, ADVANCE AI, ELA, etc.) to facilitate full integration between OCE, data, and Lilly Selling Model.
  • Develop and maintain a capability roadmap for the sales organization. Create the training plan, including onboarding, training curriculum, and sales leadership forums.
  • Ensure the sales team has strong, competency-based development plans with a HUB approach to evaluate progress.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance sales force execution and capabilities.
     

Coaching and Training the Sales Force:
 

This role will coach sales team in the field to pull through prioritized learning during live field rides and customer engagements. 

  • Lead the execution of the SFC action plan within the market. 
  • Participate in the onboarding of the new learners ensuring to ensure successful completion of onboarding of all new learners.  
  • Partner with the DSMs to set coaching plan for the sales team focusing on improving their competency during live field rides.   
  • Focus on sales team personal and professional development aligned with the sales competency model. 
  • Expected to spend 70% of his time in the field coaching the sales team. 
  • Follow up on the execution of the SFC action plan to ensure the right metrics are in place to assess the progress.
     

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree is required (mandatory). 
  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a MUST. 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results. 
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to prioritize and support multiple priorities and integrate multi-functional elements into one learning plan.    
  • Demonstrate effective collaborative skills including active listening, seeking to understand diverse perspectives, and influencing to drive aligned decisions.   
  • Collaborative, inclusive mindset always looking for opportunities to share and improve business practices that bring the most value to our patients.   
  • Confidence in giving and receiving feedback. 
     

Job Qualifications:
 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics
     

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales in pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience as a trainer, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
