We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help define and improve how our 100K+ self‑service customers purchase, upgrade, and expand on Klaviyo. You’ll learn to balance product strategy and hands-on execution, working closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, IT, Pricing Strategy, RevOps, and Sales to ship changes that make it easier for customers to buy and realize value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support innovation in monetization capabilities
    • Contribute to explorations of new pricing models and customer experiences, including experiments with new technologies (e.g., AI agents).
    • Help validate ideas through customer interviews, data analysis, and lightweight experiments.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to make changes real
    • Work with Engineering, Finance, RevOps, and GTM to translate requirements into clear tickets, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
    • Assist in ensuring billing and pricing changes are accurate, compliant, and operationally scalable.
  • Turn customer and stakeholder input into clear requirements
    • Gather and organize feedback from Customer Success, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and other PMs.
    • Help prioritize requirements and trade‑offs, turning them into well‑structured specs and project plans with guidance from senior PMs.
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers and market
    • Learn our customer segments, their needs, pain points, and preferences in the purchase journey.
    • Contribute to basic market and competitive research to keep the team informed on industry trends in SaaS billing and monetization.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in billing
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to define KPIs and drive measurable outcomes
  • Passionate about leveraging AI and automation to remove friction and anticipate customer needs.
    • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator across technical, design and strategic domains.
