Job Description
Ring Business and Amazon Key are seeking a customer-centric product marketing manager to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy and step-change our growth.
You will be responsible for our B2B product portfolio's strategy, targeting, positioning, and messaging. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for innovative new products. You will also generate deep customer insights and champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Key job responsibilities
-Lead go-to-market strategy: Create the plan to bring new products to life, including the customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and activation plan.
-Create compelling product storytelling: Build the strategy to find the right way in with our customer segments. Lead the cross-functional development of product detail pages (PDP), selling points (PSP), articles, and other content to engage with customers.
-Understand our customers deeply: Drive consumer insight generation and develop/refine customer personas to inform product and marketing strategies.
-Report on product insights: Deliver quarterly reports on product performance, customer satisfaction, and key insights to inform future strategies.
A day in the life
In this role, you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape our product strategy. You’ll work closely with the product, sales, and research teams to gather customer insights, refine personas, and lead go-to-market strategy. Your day may involve leading market intelligence efforts, analyzing customer purchase intent, and developing engaging product content. As the voice of the customer, you will be at the heart of growing our business and enhancing our portfolio.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in launching new products
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in launching new products
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and SQL- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
