Job Title: Senior Front End Developer (React JS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front End Developer with strong expertise in React JS and modern front-end development frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications while collaborating closely with backend teams, UI/UX designers, and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS.
Implement complex state management using Redux, Redux Saga, and Redux Thunk.
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and interactive interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and backend services.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to improving front-end development standards.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Required Skills

Strong experience in React JS development.
Expertise in Redux for state management.
Hands-on experience with Redux Saga and Redux Thunk.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Understanding of performance optimization and front-end security best practices.
