About the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that modify our existing software products and/or capabilities and designing and implementing features for products and/or capabilities that do not exist yet. This role will play a key role in the migration of the NICE Actimize platform from an on-prem environment to Actimize Cloud, supporting data migration, system integration, and validation efforts. During the initial phase of this role, a significant portion of the work will focus on Actimize Cloud Migration activities, transitioning over time to broader data engineering, ETL development, and data integration initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Serve as a key contributor to the migration of the NICE Actimize platform from on-prem infrastructure to Actimize Cloud, supporting critical data migration, integration, and validation activities.
Support other ETL processes and data pipelines used for ingesting, transforming, and validating large data sets.
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
Participates in troubleshooting data, integration, and application issues across environments.
Collaborate with Business, Data, and Technology teams to define systems and business requirements and support system integrations.
Writes code and performs testing and debugging applications.
Completes documentation of procedures for installation and maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Typically 5+ years with bachelor’s or equivalent.
Experience working with NICE Actimize platforms or similar financial crime / AML monitoring systems.
Experience supporting system migration or modernization initiatives, including on-prem to Cloud migrations.
Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases, including complex queries and data analysis.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Experience supporting or working with large-scale data environments and financial systems.

Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
