Home as one of Care Enablement’s three therapy verticals, focused on providing patients with flexible dialysis options they can perform at home—including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The mission is to improve patient autonomy, quality of life, and clinical outcomes through innovative products, services, and support.
The team works cross-functionally across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to deliver personalized home therapy solutions and expand access to care beyond traditional clinical settings. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!
Role Summary
As a Regional Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and building trusted client partnerships. From lead generation and strategic sales planning to impactful presentations and contract management, this role blends business acumen with meaningful customer engagement — all while representing Fresenius Medical Care’s commitment to improving patient lives.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
Sales Planning & Execution: Prepare and implement sales action plans and schedules.
Client Engagement: Conduct sales calls with new and existing clients.
Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services.
Negotiation & Proposal Development: Negotiate with clients and prepare tailored sales proposals.
Contract Management: Present and finalize sales contracts.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Activity Follow-Up: Track and follow up on sales activities to ensure closure.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities for management review.
Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to Fresenius Medical Care compliance policies and company regulations.
Follow health and safety guidelines as directed by the Crisis Management team.
Additional Projects: Support other assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Biotechnology or with relevant sales background
Proven experience in sales, often with a preference for candidates who have experience in business-to-business (B2B) or industry-specific backgrounds.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented environment.
Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility.
Own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across territories.
