Chemical, oil, & gas process or product research.  Includes work focused on creating something that doesn't exist yet or solving problems that require an extended period of study. Includes strategic and production research related consulting.  Does not include software development.

• Build and foster strong relationships with strategic OEM’s across various hierarchy levels and industry organizations and successfully influence future specifications in Oronite’s favor

• Consolidate information from various sources into market trends and provide clear guidance for the definition of future products and solutions, including consideration of new engine tests, specifications, regulatory changes, and future technologies

• Lead and interact with large and diverse global teams

• Proactively collaborate with peers and stakeholders including other OEM team members, formulators, product line management, sales etc.

• Further develop the OEM strategy in collaboration with other functions

• Represent Oronite in in industry associations and events
