TKWW is looking for a Sr. Executive/ Associate Production Designer to contribute to our online wedding stationery collection. Our Sr. Executive/ Associate Production Designer will help with the migration of designs across different formats for our stationery and partnering with merchandising to make sure the designs are ready to be launched on our website. This role will be seen as a resource for our Production Design team on all projects that concern file conversion, using the Adobe Suite softwares (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). We are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, and have relevant software skills with a strong foundation in design.
- Primarily accountable for conversion of designs in the required format and updating the files in line with the requirements of the website
- Accountable for maintaining an organized workflow and file management via organization & provided naming conventions
- Responsible for maintaining a dialogue with the Merchandising and Production Design team about workflow, expectations & progress
- Responsible for taking on any additional file conversion projects within Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator given clear templates and actions from Production Design team
- Experience working in Illustrator and InDesign. Specifically working with layers and orientation. Beneficial if experienced in using actions and scripts.
- Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Google Suite.
- Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
WORK MODEL:
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
