Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the service team at customer site
• Maintain high delivery of Customer Service and Relations with the customer.
• Foster a positive customer and employee relations atmosphere
• Review & analyze equipment performance
• Monitor employee training and other KPI progress
• Monitor work in progress.
• Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance may include Friday and Saturday
• Travel internationally 15%
• Collaborate with company business units and technical management, both internal and external departments
• To be trained and capable of working on the relevant tools, particularly during escalations or extended down time

Qualifications

• Good leadership and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• 6+ years’ Service Experience in Semiconductor related field
• Minimum BS in Electronics, Engineering or Electronics or Military equivalent
