We are looking for an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Global Treasury department based in Mohali, Punjab, reporting to the Manager - Treasury. You will serve as a critical link in our financial operations, ensuring the integrity of global payments while driving process improvements and automation that scale with our growth.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Manage multiple corporate accounts and process international bank payments while applying deep knowledge of cash forecasting, hedging, investments, and FX analysis
- Verify payment instructions for regulatory compliance and SOX adherence, ensuring high-quality documentation and training the team on PBC requirements
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by collaborating directly with banking partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolutions
- Support entity cash flow forecasting, audit preparations, internal control assessments, and the end-to-end management of bank account openings and KYC processes
- Strategize and lead process improvement initiatives, specifically managing automation projects to enhance the efficiency of global treasury operations
