We are currently seeking a driven and qualified Outside Sales/Marketing Representative to support our independent agent network in the Central Florida region.

Position Summary:

The Outside Sales/Marketing Representative serves as the primary liaison between ASA and independent insurance agents within an assigned territory. This role is focused on strengthening relationships, increasing production, and promoting ASA's products and services, while ensuring performance expectations and loss ratio goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key contact for independent agents in your assigned territory.
• Promote ASA’s suite of private passenger auto insurance products.
• Monitor agent performance and manage underperforming agents.
• Ensure new agents are effectively onboarded and trained.
• Regularly visit agencies to increase production and build strong relationships.
• Identify and appoint new agents that support company growth and profitability.
• Collect and report competitive intelligence and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address marketing or operational issues.
• Participate in industry events, blitzes, and cross-territory campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in agency files.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in private passenger auto insurance (required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis and occasionally out of town by air.
