WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Key person to ensure test equipment and electronic materials movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move.
- Maintain EE lab inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Support in souring material for test equipment build and EE lab inventory.
- Support logistic activity for calibration of electrical and/or mechanical test equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Operate forklifts (certified a plus), pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items
- Safely transport, load, and unload delicate test equipment , test racks and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.
- Collaborates with internal departments to resolve issues with missing packages, incorrect deliveries, and damaged products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years as a warehouse associate, material handling or equivalent role.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to pivot quickly between tasks and prioritize simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting equipment maintenance
- Advanced use of MS Word, Excel, Slack, Outlook; other productivity tools
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience and license
- Ability to carry 50 pounds for short periods of time.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and kitting is highly preferred.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding for receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Working knowledge of ERP system.
- Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
