We are searching for the best talent for Business Compliance Specialist to be in Seoul.

You will be responsible for:

Management of Healthcare Transparency Report

• Download the user data from the report system and report and update with the Health Care Compliance, HCC team and takes responsibility for the Global Transparency Report, GTR team after validation.
• Confirmation and validation of receipt and logbook all related with HCC & Transparency report.
• Data Base management in expenditure report (Account, HCP, IMS/TMS Code, Product Data Base. etc)
• Manage and track equipment demo template as administrator and make the report for HCC record
• Work and collaborate with other stakeholders for the process
• Communicate accordingly with other related team (marketing, sales ops, customer service and support functions) to collect and prepare the report.

Manage report system as Operators (e-Work)

• System Management and enhancement with Vendor (system menu & Pre/Post Process)
• Data Base management for the customer and product information of the system
• User account management of the system
• Other practice shaping and users’ request f/up

Monitoring the status of delivery, sample return, and equipment demonstration

• Communicate with HCC/GTR about f/up situations such as evidence and evidence data collection and f/u
• Documentation of no-return sample cases and user communication
• Sample data validation; by comparing the system and SAP history for sampling
• Manage and track equipment demo template as administrator

Product Presentation (Educational Event)

• Educational online/offline/hybrid event planning, execution, and administration
• Calculating and paid all expenses related to HCP events such as honorarium and agency Fee.
• Manage and track speaker pool list, CV, HCP Honorarium
• Support the seminar preparation accordingly
• Review material in Veeva

Product Presentation (Promotional Event)

• For sales team’s product seminar, support to collect and submit the related info stakeholders and manage it into the system
• Tracking the provision of economic benefits to HCP in Multiple product presentations by sales or Marketing

Response questions in demand if required and provide compliance guide

Provide compliance updates and training to sales & Marketing team

Establish processes and SOP for all business activities related to compliance.

HCCO pre-approval-related work

• Promotional activities pre-approval review and communication with HCCO
• Submission of pre-approval request documents of uncommercial activities (FFS, Contribution & Educational Grants)
• Carried out all settlements related to honorarium and contributions

KMDIA

• Follow up the pre- and post-reporting in accordance with the guidelines for the prevention of medical device rebates and fair trade provided by KMDIA.

Proceed with pre-reporting related to Sponsorship and Product Presentation.

• Report to the KMDIA quarterly on advertisements and honorarium payment

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in health care business are preferred
• Interpersonal communication skills for smooth communication with various stakeholders
• MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel)
• English skill to interpret the written manual and write reports
• Proactive, positive & innovative mindset and team spirit
