Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

mit Einsatz für einen zentralen Finanzdienstleister, mit dem wir eine enge, langfristige Partnerschaft pflegen und regelmäßig vielfältige Projekte realisieren, am Standort Frankfurt am Main.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliches Steuern von Modernisierungs- und Umbauprojekten inkl. regelmäßigem Reporting
• Begleiten und Mitgestalten von Projekten ab der Initiierungsphase
• Leiten aller Projektphasen als verantwortlicher Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter
• Nachverfolgung von Kosten- und Terminzielen, regelmäßiger Soll-Ist-Abgleich der Ausführungstermine
• Qualitätskontrolle zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualitäten
• Reporting und Präsentationen an Kunden (Investoren, Eigentümer, Projektentwickler, Nutzer), Behörden, Banken, etc.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt (m/w/d), Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
• Mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- und Projektmanagement und/oder der Projektentwicklung
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Organisation, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten diverser Nutzungsklassen
• Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI, VOB) und Normen (DIN) sowie dem Stand der Technik
• Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen
• Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
