We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with Marketing Analytics experience for a newly-created, hands-on leadership role.
This role will be part of our Business Intelligence Team but will work closely with Marketing, Product and Data Engineering to deliver actionable insights on live campaigns, customer lifecycle optimisation, and growth initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping how marketing decisions are made - from real-time campaign performance tracking, to deep customer journey analysis - while also building scalable data foundations and providing technical leadership.

What you will do:
Lead analytics delivery for a core domain
Own and deliver high-quality, scalable analytics for the marketing domain, supporting campaign performance and growth initiatives with consistent and reliable insights.
Partner with stakeholders on growth & customer insights
Work closely with Marketing to understand business problems, analyse customer behaviour, funnels, and lifecycle, and provide actionable insights to optimise acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build data-driven solutions and advanced analytics capabilities
Develop reusable, scalable solutions including performance tracking frameworks, analytical datasets, and experimentation approaches to move beyond ad-hoc reporting.
Design and scale data models and semantic layer
Build and maintain robust data models that support campaign tracking and user behaviour analysis, contributing to a well-structured semantic (gold) layer for self-serve analytics.
Collaborate across Data Engineering and Product teams
Partner with Data Engineers and Engineering to integrate third-party data sources, improve tracking and instrumentation, and ensure alignment with the broader data platform.
Lead, mentor, and uplift the team
Provide technical leadership, set standards for analytics and data modelling, and support the growth and capability uplift of analysts across the team.
Drive data culture, governance, and best practices
Promote data-driven decision-making, improve documentation and data quality standards, and enable scalable self-serve analytics across stakeholders.
