The Opportunity
As the Owner of the Commercial Projects pillar and POC for the Americas sales team, your mission is to enhance the sales cycle by developing and managing all sales materials and tools. You will be the architect behind our sales arsenal, equipping the team with world-class assets to engage customers effectively and close deals efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales Execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs on core sales systems and tools, including Salesforce, GSuite, other tech stack applications, financial systems, and AI tools.
- Develop and deliver advanced sales skills training, covering areas such as negotiation, prospecting, objection handling, and effective communication through role-play and practical exercises.
- Create, manage, and update comprehensive sales collateral, including playbooks, battle cards, scripts, presentations, and product sheets, ensuring they are readily accessible and impactful.
- Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for sales teams, ensuring they are well-prepared for new product launches, campaigns, and market initiatives.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle to enhance overall commercial efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives and GTM strategies.
- Analyze sales performance metrics related to tool adoption and training effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
As the dedicated enablement professional for AMERICAS, you will be responsible for:
- Regional Onboarding: Implementing the global Onboarding Model tailored to the specific needs of the AMERICAS market.
- Training & Facilitation: Conducting and facilitating training sessions on regional topics and global product updates.
- Strategic Assets: Creating and developing bespoke decks for high-stakes strategic presentations within the region.
- Regional Proximity: Acting as the primary point of contact for EBANX-related questions, ensuring a tight feedback loop between the APAC commercial team and global headquarters.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on systems, tools, and sales methodologies.
