Position Summary

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
Location: Postępu 14, Warsaw

We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner who combines strong analytical skills with a business mindset and enjoys turning data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and proactively drives improvements in forecasting accuracy and processes.

Role and Responsibilities

Scope of responsibilities

  • Input, maintain, and continuously improve sales forecasts for multiple product categories using advanced Excel models (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas such as MATCH, INDEX, IF)

  • Analyze SKU performance and provide optimization recommendations

  • Evaluate historical sales data and trends to enhance forecast accuracy

  • Create, maintain, and develop Excel tools and reports for demand tracking and performance monitoring

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to consult on and prepare demand plans

  • Conduct market analysis and build forecasts based on internal and external data sources

  • Work closely on a daily basis with Product Managers, SCM, and Sales Teams

  • Build scenario analyses and run what-if simulations in Excel to support business decisions

  • Develop and optimize Excel-based tools and solutions used in daily operations

  • Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Our expectations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Demand Planning / Supply Chain / Sales Forecasting)

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and sales forecasting processes

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables; VBA is a strong plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights

  • High attention to detail, with strong data validation and data quality management skills

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach (process optimization, automation)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to propose solutions

  • Fluent English

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
