OVERVIEW

For our Munich office we are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) to support the HR-Manager during day-today tasks and take over the recruiting and support for early careers / interns.

THE ROLE 

 

  • Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, engagement to offboarding. 

  • Responsible for “Early Careers” Recruiting You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting and first of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments. 

  • Organisation of career events for our internship program. 

  • Administrative HR work.  

  • Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks. 

  • Responsible for a smooth onboarding process. 

  • Absence management. 

  • Support of employees in all matters. 

  • Support with preparational payroll.
