Job Title                          :  Group Head Connection Planning

Job Description           :

The Group Head Connection Planning is a visionary leader responsible for bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and innovative media execution. In this role, you will oversee the strategic output for our skincare/Beauty portfolio, specifically focusing on the intersection of brand building and social commerce. You are not just a media planner lead; you are also a client business partner who understands the skincare/beauty market landscape and translates complex consumer data into actionable 360-degree media strategies. You will be an anchor of a small team, providing clear direction and "beyond-hygiene" thinking to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities  :

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of 360-degree media strategies that integrate digital hygiene and social commerce ecosystems.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a senior consultant to clients, understanding their business challenges to provide media solutions that drive actual sales, not just impressions.
  • Team Mentorship & Direction: Act as the "anchor" for the planning team; provide clear directives, manage workloads, and elevate the team’s output through consistent coaching.
  • Creative Media Innovation: Challenge the status quo by developing "beyond-hygiene" media ideas (innovative placements, first-to-market activations, and non-linear consumer journeys).
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the skincare and beauty landscape to identify competitor moves and emerging platform features that can be leveraged for brand growth.
  • Social Commerce Integration: Design end-to-end funnels that connect social engagement directly to conversion platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)

Requirements            :

  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience in media planning or integrated marketing, with a heavy emphasis on the social commerce Expertise with Brand Marketing management background will be a plus point.
  • Category Expertise: Deep understanding of the skincare/beauty market landscape, including consumer behavior, ingredient trends, and regulatory nuances.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of 360 media strategy (Offline, Digital, Performance, and Earned media).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading medium-to-large teams; must be highly directive, decisive, and capable of managing senior client stakeholders.
