Job Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Workplace Health and Safety team in Bellevue, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters as a liaison for direct reports.
Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
As designated by supported executive, assist in unique project opportunities.
A day in the life
As an Executive Assistant for WHS, you will be working closely with the WHS Global Medical Director to handle complex scheduling with leaders within and outside the organization. Short-term and long-term initiatives that impact the success of the team will also be inclusive of day-to-day activities. Essential to this role is the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders and executive assistants. Strong attention to detail will enable success together with the executive you support.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Bachelor's degree
- High school or equivalent diploma
