The Service Team Lead SEAHKTW will be in charge of leading and delivering excellent customer support & servicing on leading-edge Leica products to our academic research, pharmaceutical, & clinical diagnostic customers in ID, PH, HKTW and other SEA regions whenever needed. The Lead FSE will guide his team and also personally provide technical support either on site or via phone, email and remote support to end users on our digital pathology products and advanced staining products, as well as our core histology range.
The Lead FSE is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of the system with full technical background of the system, use of proper tools and understanding of the standard process. The Lead FSE is expected to achieve customer satisfaction, annual service revenue and strategies through management of FSEs & Channel Partner Associates in the indirect market. Develop commercial programs and area service plans in close conjunction with the service leadership team in APAC / GM SEAHKTW to support and grow Leica Biosystems’ customers in SEAHKTW.
Set up standard work and processes; provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for FSEs. Advance the professional development, professional conduct, service effectiveness and efficiency of staff. Manage distributor service effectively, build & track FSEs competency and customer satisfaction in distributor service area time to time. Drive service as a business. Develop a region-specific service strategy. Track progress with service, effectively using DBS tools, minimizing customer downtime (improve repair turnaround time) and generating revenue opportunities for Leica.
This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Hong Kong and will be remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Engage and lead the team to achieve and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and service objectives
Manage, coach, mentor and lead a team of Field Service Engineers and service admin, translates strategies into actionable tactics
Define the service strategy in conjunction with GM SEAHKTW, improve customer satisfaction, drive service profitability and support growth of LBS business
Post sales support: Increase service visibility, up service quality in the market, Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner for all product lines and product offerings
Work with stakeholders and provide on time customer/CP/FSE support & FSE training.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Bio-medical engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer engineering or other related specialties, and experience in Clinical diagnostic product service.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and a team player with own initiative who focuses on problem-solving skills
Ability to comfortably work in an environment of change and continuing organizational evolution by being flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs.
