About You:

  • You are a strategic operator in the CEO Office — someone with prior high-level consulting or Chief-of-Staff experience, ready to take on ambiguous, high-impact growth challenges and turn them into structured programs and measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical, highly structured, and execution-driven, you translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and roll up your sleeves to drive them to completion.
  • You've seen the inside of a strategy deck and have been in rooms where the real conversations happen — and you'd rather be in those rooms..
  • Strong business acumen, operational judgment, and a bias for action; you manage stakeholders, influence without authority, and maintain momentum on multi-year, high-impact initiatives.
  • Hands-on with AI and productivity tools — using them to analyze, track, and accelerate strategic programs and operational workflows.
  • You own outcomes, are feedback-driven, and bring self-awareness that elevates teams and drives scalable impact.

What skills do I need?

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, internal strategy, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong data and analytical skills — able to define metrics, track progress, and translate results into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations
  • Proven program and project management experience — comfortable with agile and lean approaches, designing and owning end-to-end business processes, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track with measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on AI fluency — uses an AI-first mindset to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and execution; prototypes lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable workflows to scale CEO Office and growth programs; basic scripting a plus
  • Strong business acumen in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software; experience with cross-functional growth initiatives and GTM strategy is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Operations

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office — designing, documenting, and managing processes end-to-end to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives.
  • Build frameworks, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that scale the CEO Office and Executive Team’s impact without adding headcount.
  • Identify inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and implement structured, sustainable solutions using lean, agile, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, defining owners, milestones, and success metrics while keeping the CEO and leadership team aligned and focused.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the CEO Office — ensuring strategy, programs, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and delivered with impact.

Growth Strategy Programs

  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from problem definition and planning through execution and measurement, focusing on strategic priorities rather than GTM operations.
  • Build business cases, impact models, and frameworks to prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities and initiatives.
  • Support international growth readiness (e.g., EU/Japan) by structuring cross-fu
