Forge & Build is hiring a Store Manager at our rental facility in Harcourt, IA, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Primary Responsibilities

• They must provide leadership and develop associates at all levels, drive sales and profitability, and maintain effective expense and payroll budget management.
• Ensure compliance with effective inventory management and merchandising practices and all store policies and procedures.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and managing customer complaints. 
• Provide positive representation of the store and it’s brand. 
• Provide a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates. 
• Ensure compliance with all practices, policies and procedures necessary.
• Ensure a positive, professional and safe work environment for all associates.
• Supervise the operations of the entire store.
