Position: Regional Operations Manager – CFS
Region: North India
Function: Projects / Operations
Experience: 12–18 years
Reporting to: Regional Director / Head – Project Delivery

Role Purpose

The Regional Operations Manager – CFS will be responsible for end‑to‑end project operations and delivery across the North region, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction for CFS projects, with strong exposure to BMS, IBMS, CCTV, and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional operations for CFS projects across North India.
  • Oversee project execution, planning, and delivery in line with scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive BMS, IBMS, CFS, and CCTV project execution, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards.
  • Manage regional project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
  • Monitor P&L, margins, billing, collections, and project financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business growth through resource optimization, process improvement
