Job Description

Position Summary

To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the AI and Educational Technology Team at a defining moment for education and educational equity worldwide. As a Project Manager supporting the Global Partnerships and Resources Team you will play a central role in building and scaling Teach For All’s flagship global program connecting teachers, program alumni, and staff across 63 Network Partners who are shaping how AI transforms education.

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple strategic initiatives. You’ll manage the weekly AI AAA Series (Aspirations, Ambitions, and Apprehensions), bringing together global thought leaders to share cutting-edge insights. You’ll cultivate partnerships with frontier AI organizations (Anthropic, Google, and others) to expand our reach and impact. You’ll design and deliver educational pathways that help teachers progress from AI literacy to AI creation. Working across diverse cultures, regions, languages, and time zones, you’ll use AI tools daily to solve real problems and scale innovation.

This role is ideal for a proactive, systems-oriented problem-solver who's deeply engaged in the AI ecosystem. You believe teachers and communities should lead the AI revolution in education, not follow it. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and want to shape how technology serves learning.

About the Team

The AI and Educational Technology Team drives how AI transforms teaching and learning globally. We work across Teach For All’s network of 60+ partner organizations to ensure emerging AI benefits all learners, especially the most underserved. We focus on practical applications: working with educators and technologists to translate cutting-edge AI research into tools that actually work in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Delivery

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC) across Teach For All’s global network.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality delivery of recurring initiatives, including the AI Aspirations, Ambitions and Apprehensions Series.
  • Design and support structured learning journeys that guide educators from AI literacy to creator.
  • Manage projects related to the AI and Ed Tech Initiative as the Initiative grows and evolves.

Community Building & Collective Leadership

  • Build and sustain high-engagement, social-first digital communities across platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Foster a distributed leadership model by empowering educators and community members to facilitate discussions, lead initiatives, and share learning.
  • Support peer-to-peer learning and collaboration across regions and contexts.

Partnership Support

  • Support the growth of partnerships with AI, connectivity, and EdTech organizations.
  • Support with the day-to-day coordination of partner activities, event logistics, and content updates.

AI & Content Strategy

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to innovate program design, test new approaches, and scale impact.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, educator-friendly, mobile-first content such as short videos, prompt guides, and infographics.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing or leading programs, communities, or initiatives at scale, preferably in education, technology, or global nonprofit contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with foundation models and applied prompt engineering in professional or educational settings.
  • Excellent facilitative leadership skills—you enable and inspire others rather than dictate.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, languages, and time zones.

Additional desirable skills/experiences:

  • Experience developing partnerships with technology companies or AI
