Within GR&S, the Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of Vanguard crew, property, data, and client assets. Core Responsibilities
Deliver executive protection services for corporate leadership during domestic and international travel, events, and daily activities.
Conduct advance work, site assessments, and logistical planning for travel, meetings, hotels, venues, and transportation routes.
Perform ongoing threat, vulnerability, and exposure assessments to inform protection strategies and travel planning.
Plan and support secure executive movements, including contingency and emergency response planning.
Maintain situational awareness and apply avoidance, de‑escalation, and sound judgment as primary protective strategies.
Adapt quickly to changing schedules, environments, and operational priorities while maintaining professionalism.
Coordinate with corporate security leadership, travel security teams, law enforcement, and approved external partners as required.
Respond effectively to security, safety, or medical incidents with discretion and composure.
Produce clear risk assessments, incident reports, after‑action reports, and operational documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality and always uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Travel & Availability Requirements
Extensive domestic and international travel, often on short notice
- Ability to support extended assignments, irregular schedules, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to operate across time zones and rapidly changing itineraries.
Qualifications
Requires 3–5 years' experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or related protective services.
Demonstrated experience conducting advance work and threat, risk, or vulnerability assessments.
Strong situational awareness, decision‑making, and judgment under uncertainty.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven discretion in handling sensitive personal and corporate information
Valid driver’s license and ability to support secure transportation operations.
Ability to meet physical and medical requirements consistent with protective duties.
