Job Family Definition:
Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately and assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates, and validates customer and deal information in systems; produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

Applies the basic foundation of a function's principles, theories, and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience. Job Description
The Agentic AI Operations & Quality Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and business alignment of AI-generated outputs produced by the Intrinsic Curiosity Module (ICM) tool deployed within our Services Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
This role requires a highly experienced internal candidate with deep domain knowledge of Agentic AI systems, Services Q2C workflows and enterprise tool ecosystems. Given the strategic importance and accelerated timelines of this AI implementation, the individual will act as a trusted quality gate and subject matter expert, ensuring that AI outputs meet both operational and governance standards.
What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed quality checks and validation of outputs generated by the Agentic AI–based ICM tool across Services Q2C processes.
Ensure AI outputs are accurate, consistent, explainable, and business-ready before downstream consumption.
Assess AI behavior against defined business rules, guardrails, and performance benchmarks.
Identify gaps, anomalies, or risks in AI-generated responses and provide actionable feedback for model tuning and process refinement.
Collaborate closely with AI engineering, product, and services operations teams to continuously improve output quality and relevance.
Define and maintain AI quality metrics, validation frameworks, and review checklists for ongoing monitoring.
Support governance, auditability, and compliance requirements related to AI usage in customer-facing and financial workflows.
Act as a key escalation point for complex AI output issues impacting Q2C execution.
Contribute to best practices and standards for scaling agentic AI adoption across services.
What you need to bring:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 3+ years’ experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with agentic AI systems, LLM-driven tools, or autonomous AI agents in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Services Q2C processes, including quoting, contracting, pricing, billing, or related workflows.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, context awareness, and business applicability.
Experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve AI quality and process issues.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a governance-focused mindset.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior involvement in AI pilots, PoCs or scaled AI deployments within enterprise services organizations.
Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks.
Experience working in cross-functional environments spanning AI, operations, finance, and services leadership.
