The Mid‑Level Endpoint Management Engineer supports day‑to‑day Intune operations and ensures consistent service delivery for managed devices.

What You'll Do:

• Execute daily Intune operational tasks (policy monitoring, compliance checks).

• Resolve standard endpoint incidents and service requests.

• Support device onboarding, configuration changes, and user issues.

• Assist with rollouts of new endpoint features or policies.

• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

• Maintain Security baselines (BitLocker, Secure Boot, …).

• Troubleshooting of Operational Intune issues related to enrollment, compliance, policy conflicts, or deployments.

• Experience working within ITIL‑aligned service operations.

• Document operational procedures and contributing to knowledge bases.

What You Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience in endpoint or workplace services.

• Hands‑on experience administering Intune.

• PowerShell scripting to support.

• Microsoft Graph API scripting.

• Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be considered a plus, especially Microsoft Copilot: Understanding of how AI based tools can support Operational efficiency and automation.
