Position Summary

Harness is seeking a visionary, and hands on Creative Director to join our marketing team and lead our global creative efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will oversee a talented team of geo-distributed creatives to elevate the Harness brand across multiple platforms. In this role, you will champion innovative ideas and strategies that resonate with our audience, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
 
You will be responsible for driving creative excellence in all marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to content creation and visual storytelling. About the role

  • Cultivate and enhance Harness’ core brand identity, voice, visual diagrams, and explanatory visuals.
  • Lead a diverse team of brand designers, offering mentorship, career development, and creative guidance.
  • Evaluate our creative strategies, analyze competitor efforts, and propose and implement a cohesive creative vision.
  • Generate concepts for content initiatives, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding projects.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and early adoption of AI and other efficiency tools to enable greater productivity and more agile and expansive testing and optimization.

About you

  • Demonstrated success leading powerful creative campaigns and brand development for SaaS organizations.
  • Strong creative strategy and direction experience across full-funnel initiatives, from concept development through execution.
