About This Role: As the Senior Manager for Value & Market Access Pipeline Products, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic alignment between clinical development and market access requirements to optimize the launch success of pipeline products. You will provide expert input into Phase II/III clinical trial designs and review all relevant clinical documents, such as protocols and statistical analysis plans. Your position will be crucial in leading the development of innovative access and pricing strategies tailored to the country’s market, considering specific indication requirements, evolving HTA and pricing policies, and reimbursement structures. As the core representative of Value & Market Access within cross-functional pipeline teams at local, regional, and global levels, you will drive scenario planning, support data generation efforts, and proactively influence strategic decisions. Additionally, you will oversee vendor selection, budget planning, and project management to ensure the successful execution of value and access initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Shape clinical trial design by advising on endpoints, patient populations, comparators, and validation methods to ensure alignment with market access and HTA expectations.
Review and contribute to clinical documentation such as protocols, SAPs, and methodological inputs to embed payer-relevant evidence early in development.
Support data generation efforts by contributing to Phase III trial design and registry setup to strengthen the evidence base for reimbursement.
Collaborate with Clinical and Medical teams to guide evidence generation supporting product value positioning.
Develop country-specific access strategies tailored to product and indication requirements, considering HTA processes, pricing regulations, and reimbursement structures.
Conduct strategic scenario analyses for pipeline launches, evaluating pricing implications, data gaps, and mitigation strategies to optimize value demonstration.
Design innovative pricing models for pipeline products, integrating clinical value, competitive landscape, and payer expectations.
Contribute to health economic modeling and value demonstration activities in collaboration with HEOR.
Monitor health policy and law changes relevant to market access and pricing to proactively adapt strategies.
Maintain an overview of the reimbursement structure in the country to inform pricing and access decisions.
Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams across medical, clinical, biostats, regulatory, and commercial functions to ensure integrated planning.
Manage vendor selection and commissioning for value and access projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills:
Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field is required.
At least 8–10 years of professional experience in Market Access, Medical, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Demonstrated experience in clinical development input, including trial design and evidence generation.
Strong cross-functional collaboration background, especially with global and local teams across medical, regulatory, and commercial functions.
Proven track record in developing access strategies and innovative pricing models for pipeline products.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in health economic modeling and value demonstration activities.
Experience in strategic scenario analyses for pipeline launches.
Familiarity with monitoring health policy and adapting strategies accordingly.
