THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist to our Marketing team in Brazil!

The B2B Paid Media Specialist is a highly technical, execution-focused role dedicated to driving high-quality lead generation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid search and social strategies, from campaign setup and creative briefing to deep funnel analysis.

A key part of this role involves collaborating with regional managers (LatAm, Europe, and USA) to identify global best practices and adapt them to the Brazilian market. 

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will be "hands-on", responsible for building, launching, and managing campaigns directly in the platforms.
  • Expertly manage Google Ads and Bing Ads to capture high-intent B2B traffic.
  • Write compelling ad copy, create ad variants, and provide detailed briefings for creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand voice and conversion goals.
  • Responsible for simplifying insightful data for the leadership, looking for patterns, opportunities, or any kind of insight that can give the company direction on where the target is.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between global regions (LatAm, EU, USA) to exchange insights and "tropicalize" successful strategies for the local market.
  • Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content.
  • Work with sales, brand, and partner teams to align on campaign goals, lead quality, and creative direction.

WHO YOU ARE

  • If you reside in São Paulo, you must be available to work from the office once a month.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in paid media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of different cultural markets.
  • Previous experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in managing campaigns and budgets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track the full customer journey.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic media is a significant plus.
  • You thrive in environments undergoing transition and are comfortable with evolving KPIs.
  • Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory for global team collaboration.
  • Spanish is a plus.
