Administrative Specialist IV

Job Summary

Administrative Specialist IV provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership and Project Managers. This role involves complex coordination, and independent handling of administrative functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to PMT
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with minimal supervision
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records
  • Assist in planning events, meetings, and conferences

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5 yrs minimum of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
