The Crypto Institutional Commercial Finance team partners closely with Business Development, Marketing, and senior leadership to guide financial planning, investment decisions, and performance measurement. The team focuses on delivering clear financial insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting sustainable revenue growth across institutional crypto products.

As a Finance & Strategy Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Crypto Institutional Commercial organization, using financial analysis, structured problem solving, and data interpretation to support key decisions. You will lead planning processes, evaluate investments, and provide visibility into business performance. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, experience managing forecasts and budgets, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership!

This role is based in our Luxembourg office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Act as the primary finance partner to senior Business Development, and Marketing leaders, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions, capacity planning, and long-term growth prioritization.
  • Lead strategic and financial planning processes—including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year long-range plans—ensuring alignment with revenue targets and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership on goal-setting, territory and revenue planning, and performance tracking to ensure targets are financially grounded and operationally achievable.
  • Own and manage commissions forecasting and accruals, ensuring accurate modeling of variable compensation expense and clear visibility into performance vs. plan.
  • Prepare and update revenue and expense forecasts; partner closely with business stakeholders to communicate performance vs. budget/forecast and identify data-driven action plans.
  • Evaluate go-to-market investments, marketing spend efficiency, partnership opportunities, and pricing strategies through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear executive-ready insights; highlight performance trends, emerging risks, and growth opportunities with actionable recommendations.

About you:

  • B.A. in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related analytical role, including 3+ years directly supporting Business Development, Commercial, Sales, or Marketing leaders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
  • Excellent analytical financial modeling, forecasting skills, and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture
