Retail trainer

As a Retail Trainer, you will deliver commercial training to diverse audiences across the different products and processes in the Southeast region, covering Veracruz, Villahermosa, and Campeche, for our architectural segment.

You will work #LI-Hybrid reporting to the Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Yo will implement technical–commercial training plans according to the needs of the assigned territories.
• You will deliver training programs in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, streaming, and new technologies) to strengthen the skills of the sales teams.
• You will accomplish in‑store and point‑of‑sale reinforcement activities, ensuring the correct application of protocols and commercial techniques.
• You will support logistics and training efforts for commercial events in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams.
• You will deploy training programs on color topics and sales and inspiration tools and provide training and support during store openings, remodels, and relocations by the Commercial area.
• You will maintain training rooms and spaces at the PPG Comex Integrated Training Center in good condition and ensure use of work tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: More than 2 years in the Retail industry.
• Office skills: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas).
