Qualified Engineer

You shall:-

• acts as the named or designated qualified engineer where required for licensing, registration, or regulatory filings, including participation in engineering‑related assessments, reviews, and/or operational processes where professional input is essential.
• provides professional endorsement, supervision, and/or confirmation to the extent mandated by applicable statutory or regulatory requirements and offers technical guidance in accordance with the Employee’s professional expertise.
• supports the Company, upon reasonable request, in connection with licenses application, renewal, inspection, or regulatory enquiries in connection with the Company’s Legal, Compliance, and management functions; contributes to internal controls, quality assurance processes, and risk‑management activities relating to engineering matters.
• maintains valid self professional qualifications, registrations, and continuing professional requirements necessary for the designation, and proactively informs the Company, in advance, of any changes, updates, obligations, or risks related to such qualifications which may jeopardise the Employee to discharge his duties and responsibilities.

Professional Conduct and Cooperation

You shall perform the designated responsibilities in accordance with:

• applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards;
• the ethical and professional obligations associated with the Employee’s registration; and
• the Company’s internal policies and governance processes, as applicable, including cooperation with other employees, internal audit, compliance monitoring, and risk‑management frameworks.
