What You’ll Do:
The Data Center Capacity, Program Management, and Real Estate teams at CoreWeave are responsible for the early stages of the site selection and lease execution lifecycle. This cross-functional group ensures that all global market opportunities are properly evaluated, documented, and tracked to support informed, timely decision-making. By maintaining high standards of data integrity and market research, the team provides the foundation for CoreWeave’s infrastructure expansion.
About the Role:
As a Site Selection Analyst, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and momentum of our site selection pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sites under consideration are properly documented and tracked within Salesforce and other supporting systems. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of data management, due diligence organization, and cross-functional coordination to help the broader team make informed decisions across global markets.
In this role, you will:
- Own the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all site selection entries within Salesforce.
- Create, update, and maintain deal records, including site details, documentation, contacts, milestones, and commercial terms.
- Track status changes and ensure records reflect real-time progress across all active and prospective sites.
Support development and refinement of dashboards, reports, and data fields. - Gather, organize, and maintain all due diligence materials, including power studies, fiber maps, zoning data, site plans, utility information, and landlord materials.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining internal documents such as metro strategies, deal review decks, business cases, and technical assessments.
- Ensure consistent file structure, document naming standards, and version control across site-related materials.
- Monitor the health and status of all active deals and escalate blockers, delays, and missing information as needed.
- Support Capacity Managers and Program Managers by tracking dependencies (utility timelines, permitting, landlord deliverables, technical requirements, etc.).
- Assist with preparation for internal deal reviews, leadership updates, and cross-functional check-ins.
- Conduct research on power availability, permitting requirements, land availability, commercial real estate trends, and competitive activity.
- Support the development of metro strategies by collecting and synthesizing information from utilities, brokers, consultants, and public sources.
- Assist in comparing opportunities across markets to support prioritization and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Real Estate, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and Operations to collect required documentation and data.
- Facilitate smooth information flow across teams by ensuring stakeholders have the latest materials and deal status.
- Assist with meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up to maintain deal momentum.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data, documentation, or process and recommend improvements.
- Help standardize site evaluation templates, checklists, and workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism across all deliverables.
