What you need to know about the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Java/J2EE technologies to join our dynamic team working on Sales Technologies supporting the sales and service functions. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot / Claude Code as a coding assistant is essential for design, development and to streamline test case generation, test data setup, and other coding and automation tasks.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
• Advises immediate management on project-level issues
• Guides junior engineers
• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
• Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop scalable web applications.

• Implement robust APIs and backend systems.

• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices. Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

• Contribute to code reviews, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development

• Design and implement scalable and responsive user interfaces using TypeScript/NextJS/ReactJS.

• Experience with authoring high-level design diagrams

• Develop reusable components and integrate with RESTful APIs.

• Optimize front-end code for performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility.

Back-End Development

• Build efficient and secure server-side applications using NodeJS, Java/J2EE.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to support web applications.

• Implement robust backend logic using Java/J2EE frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).

• Ensure secure and high-performance server-side programming.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Experience with MCPs and AI app development is added advantage

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps.

• Participate in Agile development practices (Sprint planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).

• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

Testing & Debugging

• Write automated unit tests and ensure high code coverage. Knowledge of testing frameworks that follow the best practices of customer functional testing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.

• Conduct code reviews and assist in maintaining code quality standards.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Deploy web applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (e.g., GCP).

• Monitor applications, maintain existing systems, and address issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in ReactJS and related technologies (Redux, React Hooks, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6/ES7).

• Expertise in NodeJS and its ecosystem (ExpressJS, NextJS, or similar).

• Ability to design RESTful APIs and work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot framework, JPA, and Hibernate.

• Familiarity with J2EE stack for enterprise-level application development.

General

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices and microservice architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

• Acumen with AI-assisted coding practices, such as prompt and plan-based coding using Code Assist tools such as GitHub Copilot / Claude Code, Gemini, and Claude, is preferred. f not, the candidate should bring an eagerness to learn

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Experience with GraphQL and WebSocket communication.
