Descrição Resumida
Verificar e executar todos os processos de folha de pagamento, contratação, férias, procedimentos de demissão e respetivas homologações, bem como controle de cartão de ponto e presença.
Descrição Detalhada das Responsabilidades
- Preparar e revisar a folha de pagamento (inserir dados/informações, registrar novos funcionários, atualizar o status do funcionário, incluindo licenças);
- Dados de entrada em sistemas de RH (ADP, Workday, Oracle, outros) e garantir precisão e alinhamento das informações entre sistemas;
- Revisar cálculos e processar pagamentos relacionados a contratação, férias e demissões;
- Completar transações bancárias relacionadas a processos mensais, quinzenais, de férias, rescisão, ADIPAR e outros;
- Realizar contabilidade de folha de pagamento, calcular e conciliar discrepâncias;
- Processar registros de cartões de ponto (eletrônicos e manuais);
- Realizar homologações de terminação;
- Apoiar e entregar relatórios anuais (DIRF, RAIS);
- Apoiar áreas de negócio gerando relatórios de gestão (horas extras, custos de pessoal, etc.);
- Calcular e pagar as obrigações trabalhistas (DCTF / FGTS / IR / Taxa Mensal Sindical / Contribuição Sindical / Taxa Sindical por acordo coletivo, etc.);
- Auxiliar na preparação de documentos e relatórios relacionados a reivindicações trabalhistas;
- Representar a empresa como "preposto" em processos judiciais trabalhistas;
- Garantir a correta sanitização e integração dos dados eSocial;
- Garantir a integração entre os sistemas de RH;
- Apoiar a integração de novos funcionários;
- Fornecer suporte aos funcionários (pessoalmente / e-mail / telefone);
- Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à folha de pagamento;
- Proteger processos de litígios trabalhistas;
- Cumprir padrões e procedimentos relacionados aos Sistemas de Gestão de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança, e Conformidade.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
- Bacharelado em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas.
Requisitos Desejáveis
- Experiência nos processos de folha de pagamento;
- Conhecimento de sistemas de RH como ADP, Workday e Oracle.
