Business Analytics Manager
Location: São Paulo

The Analytics capability seeks to accelerate the use of advanced analytical capabilities and processes to support our company's growth objectives, employ dynamic resource allocation, and ensure consistent, highly valued outputs.
Analytics Business Partner: Utilize global analytics processes to facilitate informed decision-making for our business leaders.
Portfolio Strategies: Prioritize Biopharma and Vaccines portfolios, including Immunology, Rare Diseases, Onco-Haemato, Cardiometabolic, Flu, RSV, and Brand Launches.
Cross-pillar Solutions: Deploy multivariable solutions incorporating GTM data, Market Data, and Financial data.
As a member of the Insights & Analytics team, the Analytics Manager will:
Partner with GTMC local partners to identify the need for locally specific analytics.
Align with the global analytics strategy, justifying ML and AI initiatives with financial and patient-centric considerations.
Collaborate with the Market Insights Team to improve analytics maturity by delivering advanced analytics solutions.
Work with Sanofi hubs and Digital to transition operations (when needed) to achieve Global ‘DRIVE’ ambition.
Manage and mentor data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
Adapt metrics and standards of business functions locally only if required within global guardrails (primarily if the market is a key market).
Develop business, channel attribution, and marketing analytics, including tool guidance and advanced analytics with the Digital team.
Implement resource utilization and capacity planning measures, including dashboard standards.
Develop forecasting analytics models to support business plans and budget forecasts.
Develop patient models to support growth brands and launches.
Deploy (or develop if needed) field force analytics with strong call-to-action components.
Conduct local analyses leveraging advanced analytics with the Digital team, if required.
Request additional analytics support from the hub team, if needed.
Main challenges:
Colaborate with the Market Insights team to create a systematic forecasting framework to standardize and improve brand forecast accuracy for 2026-2027.
Provide integrated analytics advice and support to brand launches.
Adopt and deploy OneAI in line with global guidelines and governance.
Develop capabilities needed to integrate Turing algorithms into GTM activities (according to the global agenda).

About You
Main requirements:
Education Background: Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Pharmaceutical Industry Understanding: Business acumen and knowledge of pharmaceutical business models in countries.
Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Proficient in the data science lifecycle (Definition, Collection, Preparation, EDA, Feature Eng., Modeling, Training, Testing, Deployment, Communication).
Knowledge of machine learning supervised algorithms.
Basic knowledge of Python for data science (Pandas, Numpy, ScikitLearn, StatsModels, TensorFlow, Keras, etc).
Soft Skills:
People management: Experience leading data scientists, analysts, and/or engineers.
Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to mco priorities.
Communication: Ability to convey complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Influence and persuasion: Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven decision-making.
Learning agility: Stay updated on advanced analytics trends and pharmaceutical benchmarks.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English mandatory and Native or advanced portuguese.
